Industry can post their manpower requirements of PwD on this platform with respect to hiring of skilled candidates, and can easily search trained candidates in a specific district / state to interview and hire PwD candidates.

PwD candidates can search the available jobs as per their aspirations and eligibility and apply for the job as per their choice.

There is facility available for SCPwD affiliated Training Partners to upload the data of certified candidates, so that job notification can be sent to the registered candidates through this platform.
